As opposed to standard blacklists, all data about block calls is stored in a separate program, which has its own log and settings.
Access to the application may be password protected. You can reset the password by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the password entry screen. After that, all your lists and settings will be reset to original. The password is clean, but not securely encrypted.
